Getting support.... in blackpropaganda

A trip to the city today to pick up my new foot supports which have been personally tailored to the needs of my feet in some kind of non-destructible carbon-fibre which I presume they make aircraft with.
When I was there before they took an imprint of both feet and that has been computer-measured - and now I not only have arch support - but also heel support, since on every step my heels were collapsing inwards.
I shall withhold judgement on them since they need to bed in (as the actress …), and I did a lot of walking today - I hope it helps my tight calves (is that calfs if not referring to young cattle?) The only problem is that they will be no help in Spain where I wear sandals - totally flat soled.

Anyway - they should be worth the money - or I shall say they are!.

the test will be tomorrow when I am leading a walk along the coast for four or five miles - I just hope the weather is kind since there are places where the path is a bit puddley and sticky - and I do not want anyone pitching themselves over the edge.I shall of course warn them of any danger - and then if tey fall off it will not be my fault (Elf and safety)

And I fear Christmas has arrived - all the supermarkets are advertising showing happy families getting stuffed - the calendar is filling up with seasonal occasions - and the winter markets have arrived from Germany with enormous bratwursts in rolls with onions - I so much want to have one of those with Gluhwein to wask it down - if you know what I mean.

Ok, enough - we also saw two art exhintions too, as well as having a great lunch in Pizza Express where I recommend the Ripasso - 250 ml of joy!!!

I am now putting my feet up.

Lol yes and I would have had the mulled wine or spiced cider if I hadn't been dancing. I love pizza express too.

Sounds like they will earn their keep! Hope they live up to expectations :)

Sounds really lovely and you are making me want to visit a German Christmas market now!

Hope the orthodics work very well! I used to have to wear those as a child, as I do not have arches. Though they certainly weren't as fancy as yours sound! I've learned to manage well without them as an adult, because I never could find a pair that was comfortable for me.

My youngest has insoles shaped for her running shoes. Hope your work well for you. I could do with some of those.
