QUIT COMPLICATING THINGS. JUST DO THE DAMNED MESOCYCLE THAT YOU DESIGNED, ADD WEIGHT, DELOAD EVERY 3-6 WEEKS, AND BACKCYCLE THE WEIGHTS EACH TIME. Be done, let this go, and charge forth into new year’s.
