Thank you, All of you in Still Listening to Spirit

Thank you, all of you who read and note. Prayers are much needed and appreciated. You all remind me that I do matter, that I am worthy of love and friendship. I like to think that you all care as much about me as I care about each of you.

The pain is a bit better. It is 10pm and I am suffering from being constipated and gassy but so far nothing from the ribs is painful. Last night was horrible, the hydrocodone lasted only 3 hours. Instructions on the bottle say take 1 every 6 to 8 hours. Sigh. I did get a good ‘nap’ today. More a doze but restful.
