1) Got up. You would be surprised how often I fall down on this very simple step. You see, I have a rare medical syndrom known as TAUL syndrom, or Totally and Utterly Lazy.
2) Get dressed. Also a matter for some effort, as I try and find an unused pair of socks. Eventually succeed, only to find out it’s a mis matched pair. Consequently am wearing silly socks to University. Damn.
3) Go to university. A quarter of an hour trek which I must accomplish in 5 minutes. This day is shaping up rather badly. I’m going to have to run for it. I feel like an Asthmatic person who’s got lung cancer, and has just had an operation to remove the problem, then gone for a 15 mile jog. In actuality I merely have a cold. However this does not help the situation. I can’t breathe.
4) Go to live radio production. Sounds like a break after all that. No such luck. I have to produce a one hour piece of radio in (you’ve guessed it) one hour. This does not bode well. Decide to get the music sorted out and let my compatriots think of the links. Commit production suicide as realise they have the oracular talent of a lemur with glandular fever.
Produce radio which would make a first year laugh. Lecturer tears us to pieces. With justification. I need a drink.
5) Wander down to library. Manage to embaress self fully by falling over on the steps to the entrance. Suprised nobody made the obligotary “enjoy your trip?” Joke. Decide to come in here and spread the feeling round by telling you lot all about it. Such is life.
This afternoon I’m going to find somewhere to have a nice quiet drink, and then maybe get some work done. But I doubt it’ll happen
Ramble ramble ramble, morning noon and night!!!!
