work and disrespect in keeping it postive

Granted I am there to serve the ADA’s when then need an interpreter. But I hate being told one time, then hurried by a bunch of people only not to be needed for 20 minutes more… Hate to be told I’d be needed at 3:45… waiting and waiting.,, finally leaving at 4:45… only to find out that the “job” I had at 2:30 was the same one. No one said a THING!!

On the other hand, there are a few ADA’s (Assistant District Attorneys) who prefer working with me than the other interpreter… and are SO disappointed when I won’t be there and delighted when I am.

Gotta take the good with the bad!
