In the Life Log - Day 31 in JY 2025

Today was a great day. I initially had some issues sleeping last night but got about 8-ish hours when I finally got into the groove. I had a weird dream again (work-related, I believe), but nothing disturbing, as always. I didn’t have any of the bad 3 and didn’t have to take my anti-panic medication so I’m really happy about that.

Save for my Japanese lessons refresher, it was pretty much a lazy day. It feels so nice to have a change of pace and not have to worry about work, although I admittedly checked on my emails a couple times. The heat + humidity was crazy that I felt lightheaded for the majority of the afternoon despite cranking up the aircon + drinking water in my container filled with ice. I reckon this trend will continue until the next month or so.
