In the Life Log - Day 27 in JY 2025

Today was a great day. I was able to sleep for about 7-ish hours last night and was immediately out like a light once more. I don’t remember having any weird dreams this time around. In addition, I didn’t have any of the bad 3 + didn’t have to take my anti-panic medicine either woohoo!

Save for my doctor’s visit earlier, my day was very chill i.e., lazy. Surprisingly, I’m not feeling sore when I woke up (will probably kick in tomorrow). Going back to the doctor’s visit, I’m happy to say that I’ve been taken entirely off my meds seeing how well I’ve responded i.e., cutting off my antidepressants last month. I did get a prescription for extra anti-panic medicine, but just as a precaution.
