Pocket protector guy vs Biff in Book Two

Somethings, like cranberry sauce at a thanksgiving turkey dinner, are best to just ignore. The news and entertainment coming out of the White House is another. It’s Reality TV. Something I’ve never cared for, except briefly the one on the island many years ago.

So now tariffs are off again. Except China, the real enemy. I was actually voting for China. I liked the strong and nerdy way they stood up for themselves. It was both comical and compelling. A nerd with a pocket protector standing up to Biff and his clown-like friends.

Some watch in horror. But I don’t. I honed my skills during the previous administration. I like to predict what will happen next. I ask myself, “What would be the stupidest thing I can imagine can happen now?” and I can never come close to what actually happens.

There are only two kinds of stories: comedies and tragedies. This administration is both.
