Today feels like a Sunday because yesterday felt like a Saturday.
Four day weekends are a little discombobulating. I mean, the train yesterday was busy at 9am. The breakfast place today has a line up into the street at 8am.
I went out for breakfast at six
Bob’s your uncle.

Bobcasting

And I have already been out for a walk and a Bobcast, along the river with a stop for two soup buns and a soy milk. And now I have a few things to do from my 26th floor balcony. Taxes, and perhaps a futile search for an old real estate client. Her answer would have been in the MLS listing I sent her along with all the other paperwork when she bought the house - the age of the roof - that was during Covid late in 2020. So I ask the question before I look it up myself. Did she keep the paperwork from when she bought the house? Give it 24 hours and see if she replies.

I used to feel as a real estate agent that every other step went through me. The default for clients, lawyers, lenders, insurance agents… was to contact the agent And paperwork was the least favourite and most tedious part of the job. I had a checklist and stayed on top of things, but only because it was required.
