Let's Go! Burning Those Calories! in Healthy Bites

I am psyching myself out…

It’s time to burn up those calories!

It’s my workout day.

I got to get prepared for it, too. Yesterday, I went over the calories which was not cool for school.

Tonight, I am going to have one Cream Stout and two tacos this time. And maybe one mini-snickers.

So far, I’ve done pretty good and have 1037 calories left. I HAVE to stay strong.

I did do some research about my Runtastic. There are several categories for different types of fitness that you can do. I found the jogging setting. I will try that out tonight and see how that goes.

I don’t know if I want to do a thirty or forty minute workout. I may go a different way to jog/run. I will see.

Let me burned up the pavement! Yeah!
