Well, hi, everyone, in These titles mean nothing.

Today is the day after my surgery if I’d had it.
I just had a talk with Jim and he thinks it will be coming again soon.
I had myself semi-psyched for it and the idea of it having been done if I and the dentist and the nurses who runs stuff for the surgeon had just communicated a little better, I would have it done.
One of the things about having it done would have been better for Jim and farming. I’d even have been recovered enough to drive for at least some of the planting season.... now I won’t be.
I find communication difficult in many ways. Wish me well.
Happy news? I’ve got Minnesota Public Radio playing on my computer. I can’t seem to get a radio working - I’d bought the cute little storm radio from WalMart maybe a year ago and it quit working a and five mround Christmas or maybe before. I’d rather listen to my computer and it’s easy and whatever. So I”m glad to hear it.
Of course the news is bad. Bad in an irritating way. Did you see or hear the public broadcasting people talking to Congress about funding. Public radio doesn’t get a lot of federal money - Wisconsin Public Radio is my big charity. I give them more money than any other ‘good cause’.
If I start listening to Minnesota Public Radio I could divide my contribution in two and support them both. I could try to listen to Iowa Public Radio but whenever I tried in the past, they didn’t have much.
Anyway there is the idea that Public Broadcasting is lefty and the right is always trying to deny them any money. The right is so powerful now… There are so many things they seem do be able to do without any thought to how many people are hurt.... or helped? I don’t want to be dogmatic. I’ll put the pup in automatic and give my clutch foot a rest,
Anyway I like public radio a lot. It seems smart to me, and kind, and friendly. At various parts of my life, it’s been important to me. Whenever I listen I like it. It informs me and gives me a connection with semi-like thinking people.
So I’m glad to have gone looking and found it.
I got a really good New Yorker yesterday ---- beautiful writing, information, good, good stuff. I need to save them for son John. He likes the New Yorker.
I like Minnesota referring to the border with Iowa. Weather is warm - they promise 80 fucking degrees in southern Minnesota today.
Anyway, this is how it goes.
Blessings to you all. I hope we all survive. I hope life is as kind to us as possible and I hope we are fortunate to realize that kindness.
Bye, for now.
