Sleep Study Results in Life in General

apparently I’ve got the sleep apneas.
It’ll be a little while before I know whats next with insurance dragging their feet to pay for something like a cpap but assuming they don’t find a reason to deny it (I’m sure they’ll do everything they can!) I may have to start using one.
I may ask to hold off and get a second study done once I’ve lost some weight. But they may just tell me it’s not weight related and if so I guess I’m happy to try it. Maybe that’s why I’ve been perpetually tired for years.

Thankfully I do not have apnea but I do have paralysis. That's f**king scary. :(

Oh yeah I used to have sleep paralysis frequently. Not sure why it hasn't happened to me in a long time but it's a nightmare.
