Honesty and directly and in point form in Book Two

Now that I am back, I’ve decided a few things.
1. I am going to write before I read. That way I will not be impacted by what I read (at least not right away. It is better to let thoughts percolate rather than react top of mind.)
2. I am going to write everyday, somedays maybe more than once a day.
3. Daily for me means when I feel like it. I hate getting too locked into a structure or a streak. I might take weekends off.
4. I used to always write somewhere else and then post it here. I likely got into that habit in the early days of diary keeping when sometimes you would lose an entry on posting. I’m not doing that anymore. Now I am writing straight to the site. If it does not post, c’est la vie. (Fuck you autocorrect. Don’t you know French?)
5. All notes will get answered. That’s just polite.
6. I’m going to scan the front page for new follows.
7. Maybe there is more to come.
8. I am going to write, read once and then post. Quick and dirty. Maybe boring.
9. If you say nasty things, I’m going to block you. It is easy to be nasty when anonymous. And if you are nasty in person too, I don’t want to know you.
Update:
1. I have 34 more days in Kaohsiung Taiwan. I have been here since the end of October. This is the first winter in 25 years that I have not seen snow. I was happy and surprised when this thought popped into my head a few weeks ago.
2. I retired about a year ago. It takes a few months to get used to but once you retire, life becomes so great. The stress that you may not know you’ve been carrying around leaves your body and you attain a zen like state. I pretty much stopped drinking. I will have a beer or two late in the afternoon, but that’s it. Gone are the days of vodka tonics, whiskey evenings, another bottle of wine…
3. I like lists. But that is not new.
4. I’m going to overshare. I may regret it but I suppose I don’t have much to lose except face. I may get humbled by reality. But I suppose a little humbling is good. Here is my overshare. Here is where worlds collide. I have a YouTube channel called Bob’s Utopia. It’s me. I’m here.

I just watched one of your Taiwan videos. You are a very interesting speaker and describer of your experiences. I will watch more of these. I'm fascinated with Southeast Asia, having lived in Malaysia for two years.
The only problem with the videos is that I had to slog through an Olay bath oil commercial before it would let me skip to the video. Thank you YouTube. 😆
Such is life.

Until recently, I have always siloed my Internet activity. Now I figure I have nothing to lose by over-sharing. We will see. I could have a humbling coming.
I remember you lived in Malaysia. My buddy Joe just got back from there and only had good things to say. Bucket list.

I've always wondered about your YouTube channel. I feel like YouTube has something for everyone. You say you are a keen observer of nothing but I saw some artistic flair that was compelling. YouTube, unlike Prosebox, has the visual experience to go along with the words. Like street photographer Vivian Maier, getting out there everyday, you're bound to turn up something...that's the art.

That is one of the reasons I do it - to get out there everyday.
Vivian Maier, hold my beer while I google that.
