In the Life Log - Day 364 in My Musings

Today was a great day. I was able to sleep a little over 7 hours last night; initially had problems getting to sleep but was finally able to do so when I found my rhythm. I had weird dreams again, but nothing disturbing. As always, I didn’t have any of the bad 3 and didn’t have to take my anti-panic medication too woot!

I left my place a few minutes shy of 11:30 a.m. as my half-brother celebrated his 59th birthday. My sister-in-law and my nephew + nieces were there which made it a very festive occasion. We shared lots of laughter and stories over great food - really crazy how fast time flies! In just a few months, I’ll be turning 40 as well (but not in a rush). My rest of the day after arriving home was very chill.

Just like that, the weekend has come and gone. Hoping the new week will turn out just fine.
