Mid Week Update in Life in General

So the first ozempic dose has definitely worn off at this point. My appetite and everything feels completely normal. I’m still eating less than I used to be I don’t think I’m at the point where I’ll lose weight, just won’t gain anything.

I know I’m only at 1/5 the dose I’ll be at eventually but I’m worried the only thing that happens is the effect is higher at first and then still wears off by Wednesday or so.

Also I had my first visit with my new PCP yesterday and I really liked the guy. First PCP I’ve had in years that actually seems to care. I made my appointment with Jessica and myself 15 minutes apart and the doctors office took us at the same time which was nice.
