First few days in Life in General

Honestly the first injection was a cake-walk. I felt a little bit nauseous a few hours afterwards but they also sent some zofram and that cleared it right up. I wonder if feeling nauseous for like 6 months straight last year has toughened me up in that regards haha.
I’m gonna see how I feel with my next dose and if the nausea is also extremely mild, I may ramp up my dosages more quickly.
The doctors on the website recommended ramping up over a 5 month period but I did mention I’d be interested in something quicker and they while they still recommended the same dosage plan, they sent a quicker plan that ramps up over 2 1/2 months instead. I’m assuming that meant “do this at your own risk”.
I did get the notification from hims saying that the FDA no longer considers ozempic in short supply, meaning compounding won’t be legal anymore. However they did say that since I’m on a customized dosage it shouldn’t affect me and my second shipment in August will be unaffected. I have my doubts. I think they’re trying to control anyone panicking and cancelling subscriptions or something.
So since I’m worried I may not get my next shipment I’m gonna ignore the “28 day expiration” on the vials and just be super careful to not contaminate them. That way I can stretch out this medication as long as I can, just in case. I mean I won’t do anything stupid like stretch it out to 3 months but a little over 28 days should be fine as long as I’m careful.
Because I need to lose like 60+ lbs at this point. Even at a really quick pace of 10 lbs/month that’s like 6 months of weight loss, but realistically it will take 8-12 months to lose that much based on how much I’ve lost in the past on my own.
Maybe this medicine will be a miracle cure for and losing those last few pounds won’t be as difficult as usual.
Oh and my mom also sent me a link to novo nordisk’s site where they announced a “reduced cost” plan for their wegovy pens for those without insurance or those with plans that won’t cover it. THEY WANT $500/MONTH.
Who tf out there doesn’t have insurance but can just spend a car payment on a single medication?
