Segmented Sleep in Life in General

Been going to bed around midnight and waking up at 4am every day. Then I’ll try to be productive, get tired around 2pm, and then go back to sleep until 6 or 7pm.

Today I did wake up early around 2am again, but I managed to force myself to lay back down at 6am and slept for a few more house. I hope that fixes it because I absolutely hate this sleep schedule.
