In the Life Log - Days 349 and 350 in My Musings

Yesterday and today were both great. I was able to sleep somewhere in the lines of 7-8 hours and for a change, didn’t have any weird dreams (or to the extent I remember). I had none of the bad 3 and didn’t have to take my anti-panic medicine, so I’m truly happy about that.

Both days were relaxing; yesterday after Japanese lessons, I met up with a long-time friend who was on a short stopover, and had great food (and stories, of course). Afterwards, I accompanied her to do a few clothes shopping. As for today, my cousin celebrated her 36th birthday; crazy how fast time flew. In a few months, I’ll be turning 40 (but that’s for another discussion).

Looking forward to the week ahead; hopefully, it turns out ok.
