In the Life Log - Days 287 and 288 in My Musings

Yesterday and today went great. Sleep was on the average side, but I had none of the bad 3 and I continue to not need my anti-panic medicine so I remain to be thankful.

Save for a couple errands and some relatives visiting, it has really been a slow couple days. I did continue watching The Resident and scrolled random stuff in YouTube and Reddit. Nothing else of highlight - I’m also taking time off from the gym this week to allow my body to recover.

No complaints, overall. I wish more of these days happen.
