In the Life Log - Day 284 in My Musings

Today was a great day. I was able to sleep a little over 9 hours - no doubt from yesterday’s leg workout. I had none of the bad 3 and didn’t have to take anti-panic medicine so the streak continues (and to which I’m thankful for).

Nothing significant happened today as it was my day off from the gym. I spent majority of the afternoon watching (and finishing) The Auditors. It was a really good show, and the 12 episodes were just right.

I can’t believe it’s already Thursday night - then again, time flies when one’s having fun. Just got to savor the next few days.
