In the Life Log - Days 282 and 283 in My Musings

Today and yesterday were both great days. Sleep was very sound, and had none of the bad 3. I continue with my streak of not having to take anti-panic medicine so I’m really happy about that.

With yesterday and today being Christmas Eve and Christmas, respectively, everything was expectedly light. My parents did go to their office for a couple hours yesterday as they had an important matter to take care of. I, on the other hand, spent most of the time watching the kdrama I’ve been keeping tabs on for the past few days. I worked out as well and surprisingly, the gym was packed. It’s a good thing I was able to secure my share of the equipment so despite the crowds, getting through my routine went smoothly. Cardio on the treadmill went quick as well.
