In the Life Log - Day 275 in My Musings

Today was a great day. I was able to sleep about 8 hours more or less. I did remember having some dreams, but nothing too alarming (and I kinda forgot about it too lol). None of the bad 3 were had and my streak of not taking anti-panic meds remain so I’m happy about that woohoo!

Work was on the busy end again today. The load was quite light (I only had two documents to review), but it still did a number on my brain. In addition, an old document had to be urgently signed so it was something that had to pass through me as well. No sweat (fine, maybe a bit). Since I was mentally exhausted, I decided not to study Japanese today and instead, continued to watch The Resident. Season 3 has come and gone and now time to proceed to Season 4.

Three days of work to go and it’s finally our office break; hopefully work slows down (or go to a halt).
