The author of the Sookie Stackhouse series - the one that was made into the True Blood series for television - has a few more multiple book series.

I am currently reading the Aurora Teagarden series - the first one is a murder mystery. There’s also one about Shakespeare.

Each one has quite a few books in it - the Teagarden one is 8 books, Shakespeare is at least 5.

They’re fun, light, small paperbacks - hence easy to carry around.
