My washer tore up at my mobile home. My husband Talan wants me to buy a brand new one knowing we have a very limited income. I thought about it and talked to him. My mom has a rental home that some renters tore up that we are rebuilding. Inside that renter home is a washer that was left behind. I told him we should bring it from the renter home to our mobile home and test if it works. I know it isn’t brand new but if it works it can save us several hundred dollars if it doesn’t work that’s fine we sell it to scrap and get it out of our way. We can use the money from scrapping it to buy another one. It’s a win win.
Speaking of winning my husband promised me he was going to build the new steps for the rental home. He ripped them off never fixed them. My dad when he was alive had some metal steps from a previous project. I am thinking of measuring these metal steps and if they fit I might move them to the rental home to use. I need the steps to get the washer out of the rental home.
My husband Talan expects me to sit outside in the cold for him waiting for him to get off work. The cost of running the car to keep me warm adds up. I noticed at Walmart a WVU poncho that has faux fur on the inside. Last night I tested this poncho for the first time. It is delightfully warm. Even with the temperature being 26 I wore the ponchos hoodie over my head. I sat comfortably and happily. I paid $40 for the hoodie. It was worth every penny.
I need to sleep a bit before work. I hope things work in my favor.
