And here we go again. Another day. A much more logical day since I got up early and did my morning routine the way I like to do it, but still another day at home. Maybe I’ll go out into the world after work…oh wait, I can’t because I have to do my evening stuff and then…

It’s the Golden Bachelorette FINALE!!

I’m back. It’s a few hours later. I just sat through a couple of excruciating meetings. Our CEO has hired a Fractional COO who’s trying to get us through the Holiday Season and then help us figure out WTF is going on with our business.

Honestly, once we get through Holiday, there are only two ways for me to go from here: I’m either boosted to a higher level, or I’m out.

But let’s get back to the Golden Bachelorette, shall we?

Did you know that [Athena] and I watch the GB together via FaceTime? It’s the next best thing to having a Girls Night In - we both get cozy and comfortable and settle in (I do my bedtime routine and get in my jammies and make myself a cup of decaf tea; I take all the pillows off the sofa and wrap myself in a blanket) and get on FaceTime. I then set my phone towards the TV so that [Athena] can see it, and we watch the show together!

We watched the whole season of the Golden Bachelor like that too, but this time has been even better since all the old bachelors have turned into this motley crew of lovable dudes who are having the bromance of a lifetime! It’s been such a joy to watch. Have you heard about this? Are you watching?

And now that we are at the finale, I’m going to miss our weekly meets. But right now I’m dying to know who she chooses…or doesn’t!
