November 5 - Election Day USA in Scott

This is so surreal to me.
I voted by mail a few weeks ago.
Today Americans will decide on continuing Democracy or a possible Dictatorship.
Some think oh things will go on the same no matter what. I disagree.
I am a news and information addict. Every day snooping about and trying to learn about what is happening in the USA and other places. Phone in hand or face to monitor. Today? I will probably have the shakes from NOT looking at news sites. I did look at the weather. I did stream an episode of Chicago Fire. I took a peek at YouTube then shut it off. I meditated for 20 minutes.
Breathe.

Let go of fear and thoughts and imaginings of the worst case politically.
In fact, try to think as little as possible about anything more than the birds and then lunch. Stay busy beyond the internet or go ahead and streams more stuff. More fiction. Stay away from the reality happening beyond my life.
