I always feel like im so lazy on the weekends. So im going to do some this is what i did posts to try to see if im not doing much at all.

Made granola bars ( videoed this because people keep asking for videos on how I do it. ) The video process is more of a pain then making them! Tried a new recipe. Fingers crossed.

Figured out what to make for dinner, made a shopping list ( broccoli and cheese soup with bacon)

Started baked granola but I ran out of Honey. AHH.

Made several social media posts for the shop I manage her SM for. Not my own no. I suck at my own SM. But I make reels and posts for her lol.

Made a zillow listing for the man I manage his real estate postings. He cant handle zillow haha. I make him zillow listings and flyers if he cant get it rented really fast. Honestly hes renting a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with a 2 car garage for 1800. In my area, that is SUPER cheap. So it will go fast.

Cut up the cheesecake I made on Thursday so my kids will eat it. Apparently they figured they couldent eat the one I didnt cut haha.

Worked on the hat for my coworkers niece.

Errand time ( its almost noon)

Stopped at the post office to drop off a item for my shop.

Stopped by the property Im listing to get some new photos. My guy is as bad at photos as he is at the internet. Hes a sweet man and pays me around 100 to list his properties for him. Its so simple too. Zillow is literally a dream program! Anyyway. The duplex is lovely and I would totally live there. They are fixing a few things up so volunteered my older boys if they need help. He said he will pay them 20 an hr to fix the porch and some other stuff.  Took an hour chatting and grabbing (50!!) photos. I redid the interior photos.

Ran to the grocery store to get the bacon im missing for dinner. Grabbed some turnips and rutabaga as well. The soup is just not as boisterous as I like so padding it with more veggies and whatnot to make it more filling and sustaining for kids.  Ended up doing a TEENY bit of shopping there too. A few things we are missing ( 80 oz jug of honey anyone!)

Went to HL to pick up some yarn for a emotional support chicken. My coworker wanted one and her daughter was just in a BAD car accident and flipped their only car. Shes ok. But A is shaken. She wanted to buy a chicken. Ill just knit it for her.

Stopped in at Joanns to look for black and white yarn. No where has a  black and white blend! FFS. I ended up getting a BW marled yarn. And a few extras.

Stopped at the feed store. Kids texted we were out of chicken feed. OF COURSE. Saw my old fav manager and gave her a huge. 3 years later!
She asked me to make my menopause soap for her ( Clary sage and lavender) people LOVE that soap! Checked for clarence. T found a Carhart winter coat for 130. Its light tan though. But still.  Next weekend is a big sale. Maybe if we have some spare cash we can check then if its still there.

Made it home!! Its now 4 pm.
Started my broccoli and cheese soup. Changed it up ( I put in my veggie blend I make for soups. Turnips, Rutabega, bok choy, leek, celery. Added in potatoes and carrots in chicken broth.
Fried the bacon for the soup. Ill fry some potatos in the grease too.

Tweaked two more SM posts for the shop I design for.

Uploaded the 50 some odd photos of the property to pick the favorites. Should have just done a video walkthrough but he and his wife were there chattering up a storm.

Finished dinner while chatting with some people online and scrolling facebook.

Dinner was yummy!

I fixed the listing for zillow.

Organized my cook book ive been printing out. Got everything in page protectors and sorted by "type"

Spent some time on Pinterest looking at knit patterns.

Finished my crochet hat, and worried on its size so I started another one instead. Maybe this one will look right.
Finished the second and wrapped up with some doomscrolling on tiktok for the night!

I actually feel better writing it all down!
