In the Life Log - Day 209 in My Musings

Today was an ok day. I was able to sleep somewhere in the lines of 8 hours once more; chalk it up to leg day. I didn’t have any waves of sadness or bad dreams earlier, but I had two instances of feeling panicky. I’m still not sure where it’s stemming from.

I had a haircut earlier this morning as it’s been a month already. While the session was short, it took about 5 minutes longer than the average. After which, I decided to just laze around at home and continued studying a bit of Japanese. I went home to my parents around 7 p.m. (it’s already 10 p.m. as of this writing) and will be staying here for a week as I’m needed for a number of stuff.

Nothing much to report today; admittedly, the fact that I felt panicky twice today is a cause of concern. Hopefully things turn out well in the next few days.
