Moose Farts ( no bake cookies) in Bittersweet

So I love em and I dont. haha.
These taste so good, Like vanilla ice cream with coconut and chocolate chips. I dont like the butter!
These are quick and easy no bake cookies. Just chill and serve!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup Almonds
1/2 cup whole oats ( more or less if your cookie dough is “wet” you want it moist but not wet.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder (for rolling)
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth.
Add the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, almonds, vanilla extract, salt and oats ( as needed to fill in the mixture) to the mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat evenly.
Place the balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Store the Moose Farts in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
Alternate. Stir in the cocoa powder directly into the cookie for a chocolate version. YUM! Kids are obsessed.
