In the Life Log - Day 164 in My Musings

Today was an ok day. I was able to get almost 7 hours of sleep, more or less, but some of it was interrupted owing to some guy making a speech outside my place of residence. I hate it when that happens - it’s as if folks like him have no consideration that it’s a residential area and some people might still be asleep. I did have some dreams - this time about the future; similar to my most favorite video game Chrono Trigger. I had no waves of sadness or panic attacks so always a good thing.

Work was exceptionally busy earlier. On top of my pending tasks, there were a couple more that came to my plate; thankfully I was finally(?) able to put my pending tasks to closure and my manager commended me for a job well-done. That served as my much-needed boost since the load has really been crazy (at least for me) in the past few weeks since I started in this company. After shift, I decided to continue studying Japanese characters, namely hiragana. Compared to what I do for work - recognizing and remembering said characters is a walk in the park.

I went to the gym once more earlier to do my usual cardio. Time flew by pretty quickly so no complaints there.

It’s finally Thursday tomorrow. My calendar looks quite clean but most of my time will most likely be spent reviewing the new contracts that were assigned to me. One day at a time.
