work rant in I do exist

I am so fed up with work! Just come back from a week long Holiday and could do with one straight away! So stressful. Noticed that 3 of the 4 People off last week had been sick during their Holiday. How convenient!!! As they will now get their Holidays credited back! I am doing something wrong here! Due to me not updating on here, i just don’t really know where to start. JUST REALLY FED UP!!! Its pulling me down and I don’t want to get into that state again....
