Relax Max in Current Events

I need to choose peace over anger. That is the exercise I’m supposed to work on. My roommate makes this challenging. As we know. I felt ready to throw hands today. Relax, take it easy. This is her home too.
I scored some Red Mill’s gluten-free all purpose flour yesterday, it was in clearance for $2 a bag. There was only 4 left. It’s $12 full price. My roommate offered to make a loaf of banana bread for us. Now this is what I have been missing.
I have evening plans so I spent most of my day in the kitchen, thus far. Made a spicy ketchup, hot sauce, humus, energy bites, fat bombs, frozen yogurt bars and potato salad. I haven’t even prepped any meals quite yet. I need a break. The fat bombs, I got chatGPT to give me some recipes. I made a pumpkin spice one. It has pumpkin puree in it. I’m trying to find ways to get more calories in.
I am going to find a recipe for cookies and muffins with that flour. I’m not good at baking. My roommate is though.
I am going to quit coffee again. I have a blend of mushroom powder which I will brew. I will add MCT oil and my coconut milk. I’ll test it out next weekend to see if it wakes me up the same.
I botched my aloe Vera prep. I don’t know what to call it. I buy the big leaves and puree the gel and freeze it in silicon trays and add them to my smoothies. Either the portion was way too much or I accidentally got some of the yellow part of the leaf in it. That’s a natural laxative. You’ll never guess what issue I am having. To add insult to injury, my bidet isn’t working. I get to fight with that later.
I think I will have a detox bath to relax some. Then move on with the rest of my meal prep.
