In the Life Log - Day 153 in My Musings

Today was a pretty good day. I had a little over 7 hours of sleep, and while I had another set of weird dreams (mostly revolving around school and the usual final exams for math), there were no instances of panic attack or wave of sadness.

I went to my psychiatrist earlier this afternoon as part of my monthly check-in; since it’s been about 3 months since our last appointment (owing to obligations at home and my travel overseas), the consult went really well. My doctor was quite relieved that I was able to hold the fort despite the life issues including my new job.

When I arrived home, I started watching this Korean drama that’s been going on for quite some time now. It’s entitled “Miss Night and Day” - the premise of which is the main character turns into a senior citizen in the morning and reverts in the evening. The first episode is promising so I hope the momentum gets sustained.

Just like that, it’s already Sunday. I’ll be going out tomorrow to hear mass and meet with friends afterwards; hopefully everything turns out just fine.
