New job in Life of a cat mom

I am used to being insulted. I am used to being run ragged at work but when my boss called me a liar and that I needed to work harder I simply started putting out job applications. It wasn’t my idea really. She told me dont you dare put out job applications and leave her stranded 6 months pregnant without a breakfast person. I looked at her thinking challenging accepted.

Today I went to a daycare where I put in an application. I was hired in the spot. Beginning pay is $10.20 an hour but I get 40 hours a week and I get paid every Friday. I was told for each class I took I not only get a quarter raise but I get paid quarterly for taking the classes. In 14 days instead being a breakfast person I will be a daycare teacher.
