Retaliation is finding another job? in Life of a cat mom

According to Gina my boss after she scolded me that I am not doing my job good enough she made the comment that I better not find another job as a form of retaliation. I didn’t know finding another job is retaliation. Finding a better job isn’t an act of rebellion but an opportunity to get better pay.
