Brooks is quite a swimmer in Hi This is Kat!

I have paid for summer swim lessons for Brooks for 3 years… first two years was getting used to water and not being afraid . He jumps in loves to put his face under water… and can actually get across the pool .

I have had a fun weekend with my grandkids but a super stressful one with Jo.

Olympics is over… proud of how well USA did. We were watching track and Brooks asked me if those were the fastest people in the world. I guess Matthew was talking to him about the olympics.

last thing… last night walking into Walmart I told Brooks to walk between the cars and me and so I was next to cars moving… and he said why? So you can protect me? Then he quickly said Nana I will protect you from monsters… my heart melted
