sad 5th of July in Hi This is Kat!

One of my best friends called me to let me know her father had just died. It broke my heart as we have been friends since we were 15 so I knew her dad well… I walked into the kitchen to tell Mark and he told me he just got a call the his brother just died! WOW such a sad day.
I could not find the strength to post here after that happened.
The only thing that helped was a got a great visit with Jo yesterday!!! it was for hours so I really felt good after she left and then all the sad news hit

Both of these men were fairly healthy… one in his 70’s one in his early 90’s both died of a sudden heart attack… age is only a number.

if you have a loved one you have not seen for awhile go talk to them! We were blessed that Mike came over to visit us 3 days last week for lunch while he worked in the area… it had been almost a year before that so that was our blessing!
