Had my first appointment with my HireAbility counselor, Anna Ryan, and that went really well, but I did cry more than once (especially because I rarely talk about my symptoms and it makes me think about all I’ve lost).

Had therapy today, which also went well. She’s not guiding like I wanted, but it honestly really helps just having someone to talk to, especially who’s aligned on so many of my feelings.

Going with Mom to have a picnic and swim at the Kenneth H. Ward Memorial swimming hole tomorrow for our obligatory 4th plans, even though I really disagree with most of what America does.
