1994 Dodge Spirit worth money? in Life of a cat mom

I have a 1994 Dodge Spirit it is in the shop over a transmission rebuild.. I wanted to decorate it with stickers and do everything I ever wanted to bling out a car. My hubby says I can’t because it’s a rare antique according to him. He wants to repaint and make like new. I want to be creative and have fun. Honestly I doubt it will ever be worth anything. What’s your opinion?
