6/23/24 in 2024

Got my stitches out Monday, had to cancel therapy Wed, but went to the HireAbility orientation that afternoon and should be paired up with a counselor/hear from them this coming Wednesday.
Made tentative plans to watch Neverending Story with lifelong friend the weekend after the 4th of July. I hope it works out! I should text him and see what his gf said. Pause.
Caught up a little with stepsister last night and apparently she’s in love with someone who hit her…and is trying not to be. Sigh. I suggested therapy. I hate most men.
Cannot wait to catsit for my aunt; I miss those buggers and I need some animal love in my life. Plus a little calm deck-sitting is in order. I’ll have to water my plants before I leave.
Asked/reminded Dad to make me a puzzle saver. Finally put the bear away because I want to puzzle and was uninspired to do that one. Mom said she likes it and will take it back. She just gave me a jungle one that I’ve done the frame for and separated some animal pieces and all the croton-looking ones I could find.
It finally doesn’t hurt to type, so I can work on my poetry again. That’s next on the agenda.
