More deaths this week. Office involved shooting. They said he pulled a gun and shot, Family claims he was getting money from the car and they mass fired on him and his car and murdered him. Of course no one REALLY knows.

A few days ago, a boy fell into the river. For the record our lakes and rivers are at about 150% capacity making them very dangerous and do not enter status. So he falls into the river and for days they have been searching. People hoped maybe he was swept downstream and was wandering trying to get back. Come on. Its rapids… It was hopeless.
They pulled his body out after 5 days. They are asking for donations to cremate him. Its bad.

This morning, I got up late. I got in the shower and almost passed out. Heat + water + POTS is bad. So I sat down and scrolled on my phone for a bit. I saw large police presence at the reservoir. Shots fired. I was afraid i wouldent be able to commute through there. But I was. Its my daily route. Two fisherman confronted “a kid” according to witnesses, Who shot one point blank then gunned down the other as he ran away.... Video footage I guess was recovered…

I think someone died every day this week publicly, visibly. Receptionist M said it cheapened her friends death ( on monday) Because so many people died this week. I had a WTF moment and was SO glad she said it in our work chat and not to my face. My poker face is good, but not THAT good.

We live adjacent to a city. But not THAT big. We arent big city crime right? I guess we are… Its bad.

Taking my kid to do some work at an ex coworkers house this weekend. He is excited. Older lady that neesd help putting together and taking care of her gardens so she can grow veg for her home baked goods.

Trying to think of positive things. Stressing about Monday when we switch everyone to the new health record. I hoped to go to the butterfly gardens but im scared at this point to drive to Denver. I have to go into the city for dog food, Its only at costco.. Going to need my anxiety meds for this one…
Staying home isnt my style. I like to get out, even if its shopping or walking.. But my anxiety is in overdrive…
I havent processed last weekend yet. Still avoiding that.
