Olympic trials in Hi This is Kat!

I have really enjoyed watching them… such talented young people and even a few not so young people lol.
Our swim team looks amazing. Do any of you try to catch any of the pre olympic? I can’t wait for the gymnastics! They are my favorite followed by swimming and track.

If your childhood home came up for sale and money was not an issue…would you buy it? I am not sure I would. It was a very small modest home. One level with a full basement that I was convinced was haunted. LOL It was in a middle class neighborhood…which is totally different than what we call middle class now. Most would think it to be lower middle. the neighborhood has gone to hell and there are government housing a few blocks away. lots of stealing and break ins now… a friend of mine bought the house right next door to my old house. It was only a two bedroom but my parents turned the dinning room into a bedroom and they finished the basement and made a bedroom down there.
Funny how I thought that back yard was so big! We used to play baseball there but it was so small… and that huge front porch looked so small. I wanted to go through the house but I was too chicken to ask the owners… the whole house would probably fit in my dinning, family and sunroom…
…and yes, I did feel the house was small when I was growing up but most of my friends homes were also small
