First week of really trying... in Thoughts on thoughts

I did my teadmill last night, I have an IFit app on my phone that is bluetooth compatible with the teadmill. They have great workouts on there, stating slow with the walking, if I get brave enough, I may try running a bit.
I try to do the intermitting fasting but this morning I cheated and had a bowl of cereal, honey bunches of oats with almonds..I didn’t have coffee, but I do have those premier protein drinks that are coffee with that caffeine kick I need, hopefully it helps, even a bit.
I have an unscheduled day off of work today, our car’s battery is bad, it’s only two years old.. thank goodness we have a warranty on that thing! Hubs will bring it in later so we can finish up the work week! Ugh… and it’s only Tuesday…
