We sent the portal.
Cue the calls. I didnt get a code to unlock the portal.
WELL did you sign up for it? Its a link, you have to sign up, it sends a code, you log in. Like ANY 2fa No? why the hell are you calling. Follow the instructions. Then the welcome paperwork didnt auto send. Then the incorrect therapist was assigned to about 600 clients. Trying to fix that, manually push out ( 8 clicks) the welcome packet to all 1400 clients Yeah. Welcome to the shit show!
