Suffering with fibromyalgia in Life of a cat mom

I don’t like fibromyalgia. My skin hurts. I ache everywhere and I can’t sleep. I got migraines and I cry sometimes. When I tell my doctor I am depressed cause I can’t sleep he tells me to sleep more. How do you do that when your entire body aches? Fibromyalgia isn’t treated with Tylenol. It is in my nerve system. I suffer so bad yet I try to smile and keep going.
