This picture of our house 10 years ago. We had lived here a year. We replaced front door and side lights, took off gingerbread trim, painted shutters, redid almost all the landscaping, repaired brick, replaced garage doors....

Every year we try to spend 10,000 to 30,000 to update things every year this year and last year have been even heavier as we replaced both A/c heating systems, pool pump, pool liner and cover…
next year I want to replace the windows and build a tornado shelter.
This house is 35 years old so it is time to replace things to keep it looking new or newish lol
My hydrangeas in the front around the house all turn pink and the ones in the back are more purple. I cannot get them to look blue! :(
