This morning I was enjoying watching CNN trump trials.... I love it if for nothing more than making trump hear all the nasty things about him! Even tho he is trying hard to pretend he is not listening!

I have lost about 25 pounds and this weekend It seems I lost some of my fat face! my checks do not look chunky any longer! weird.... I noticed it in the mirror and several people told me my face looked thinner Maybe it is a combo of the weight loss and the bangs?…

Today is such a perfect day.... weather is so amazing 77˚ slight breeze and clouds peppered
this is living the good life

I have lost about 25 pounds also but I think it's a combination of eating no sugar and very little carbs. And here it's 61F

carbs are sugar... almost every single thing you eat has carbs. meats do not unless it is processed or sugar cured. fruits can be high carb because they are full of sugar

Well I look at the amount of carbs from the leables and under 35 grams is the most I will have at a time and for the most part I don't eat those and zero sugar.
But the fruit and vegetable is natural sugar and that is different.

it is different but not really it is still sugar. your body cannot tell the difference between healthy sugar and sugar. Trust me on this

I found this and it's from the Diabetes experts.

The American Diabetes Association reports that any fruit is fine for a person with diabetes, so long as that person is not allergic to that type of fruit. In fact, studies such as one from 2017 have found that a higher fruit intake is significantly associated with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes.

you can eat anything but maybe not as much like maybe only half a banana or half an apple

Jodie theKat ⋅ May 13, 2024

The bananas have to be either green or half yesllow other wise there is too much sugar.
