In the Life Log - Day 55 in My Musings

Today was another good day. I was out like a light the moment I closed my eyes, most likely because of waking up early + working out legs + sleeping late. I got about 9 hours of sleep overall, which was really sweet compared to the 6-ish hours on average this week.

Since tomorrow (or rather today, since it’s already the 12th) is Mothers’ Day, I went home to our family residence so I get to spend some time with my parents. I’m just glad that all of them (my mom, dad, and grandma) are doing just fine, without any major aches and pains. We also had dinner together over chicken adobo - a type of dish marinated in soy sauce and lime (or vinegar). I had a great chat with my mom as well, catching up over matters of work and personal matters.

I’m glad that today went quite smoothly, without panic attacks or waves of sadness. I do hope this continues.
