Property Update #49- Key Day in Tennessee

Key Day is May 7, 2024. This is the day they we were officially told inspection is done and we can schedule a key pickup! It’s ready for move in!
WeeEEeeEEE!!!!!!!
Bonus family will be picking up keys sometime next week. Estimated time for me and my parents to take the moving truck out there will be June 3rd. I will keep everyone posted.
I am officially also paying electric, water and homeowners insurance now (grumble grumble)…
Mailbox will go up soon. We have to install it ourselves because the build crew is officially done with the locations and we didn’t get them the stuff on time. Bestie will be decorating it with orange and pink numbers and we will be painting them at a later date. She will also be taking a few van loads of stuff over there little by little and painting her kitchen cabinets.
