This Morning Started Out CRAP! in BAH HUMBUG!

About 6:50am I moved my right leg in bed and screamed the place down as cramp grabbed my calf! I shot out of bed at speed but accidentally woke my hubby and our cat, who was by our feet on the duvet shot through the roof with fright, the poor babe!
After I finished ripping the place apart I apologized to them both and gave cat big hugs and kisses and some Dreamies. Sadly, my left leg then started cramping too!
It’s now 10:57am at work and the left one keeps cramping in ‘’blocks’‘ and never tells me when it’s going to happen! I took a few minutes break and walked to our local Spar when it decided to cramp while I was being served! I managed to ‘’hold it in’‘ until I got outside then screamed silently as other people walked past!
I’m dreading getting back into bed tonight …

Omg, you really must have scared the bejeezus out of your cat lol… Cramps can go straight to Tophet, along with menstrual ones. 😩😢
